Shannon Lelievre

Shannon is a mother of two, and is trained as  a kinesiologist and teacher. As an entrepreneur and mental health advocate, she is dedicated to promoting physical and mental fitness. She discovered the freedom of running after the birth of her daughter, and found it helps in coping with generalized anxiety disorder and credits her dedication and consistency with finding relief from clinical depression.

Shannon owns and operates Mindset Events, which helps health and fitness businesses grow their sales and impact through live events. Approaching challenges with a healthy mindset is the key to a happy life and she shares this positive outlook through her work with students, clients, and social media audience.
